    明日はセミナーＩＮ大阪ＣＦＧ

    明日は、大阪ＣＦＧでセミナーをします。

    来週の木曜日に竹田陽一先生をお招きして

    ランチェスターセミナーを開催しますので

    私が今手がけている「ランチェスター経営計画」のお話をしようかなって思っています。


    「ランチェスター経営計画セミナー」というのは、営業中心・戦略中心による経営計画書作りセミナーなんです。

    これまでの会計中心・分析中心の経営計画書は役に立ちません。

    ほとんどの経営計画セミナーは、「経営分析と会計による経費の割り振り」が中心のため、難しい作業が多い割に、実際の経営には役に立たないのです。

    経営計画書作りは、「営業中心・戦略中心」でなければなりません。

    経営を構成する「８大要因」を対象に、弱者の戦略ルールをベースにして順々に計画を立てていきます。
